Did you pay for a template but haven't received your download link? Don't worry — this is usually a simple fix. This guide will help you locate your download email, find your transaction ID, and understand what to do if your PayPal order is still pending. Follow the steps below to get access to your template as quickly as possible.
I Did Not Receive the Template I Already Paid For
If you have already paid for a template and received an order confirmation with a transaction ID from PayPal or your bank, please try the following to locate your download email:
- Check your Spam / Junk / Social / Promotions and other email folders. Mail providers like Gmail may automatically move emails to other folders.
- Try doing a keyword search for "Templays" in your email.
- If you still can't find the email, contact Templays at [email protected] and provide your Transaction ID.
How to Find Your Transaction ID
If you paid with PayPal:
- Look for the TXN ID in the email associated with your PayPal account.
- Or log in to your PayPal account and find the ID in your PayPal Activity.
If you paid with credit card:
- The transaction number is typically available on your credit card statement.
- You can also contact your financial institution to request the transaction ID.
My Order Is Pending
For security reasons, PayPal may take a couple of days to clear payment in certain cases. This may also happen if you paid with an e-check.
- The download link usually activates within 2–3 business days.
- If it takes longer, contact PayPal to complete the purchase and activate the download link.
- Once active, you can download the template from the same link in your email.
- Alternatively, you can cancel the payment through PayPal and try purchasing again.
