- Creator — Lifetime License: Pay Once, Use Forever. Unlimited Premium Access to everything, instantly. Features a Commercial Use License, Constant Upgrades, and priority support.

Personal Use License
Granted Rights: You are granted the right to use this product in personal, passion, or educational projects only. This includes learning purposes, academic assignments, self-development, hobbies, and non-profit personal creations.
Restrictions — You May NOT:
- Use the product in any paid client work, freelance work, or commission-based projects.
- Use the product in any project that generates direct or indirect income, including monetized content, ad-supported platforms, or revenue-sharing programs.
- Use the product for business purposes, including branding, marketing, advertising, or promotional materials for any company or commercial entity.
- Redistribute, resell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the original downloaded file to any third party.
- Offer the file for download on any website, marketplace, platform, repository, cloud storage, or any other public or private distribution channel. Include the original file as a standalone asset in any bundle, package, template, stock library, or product offered to others.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original product or register it as a trademark, copyright, or patent under your name or any third party's name.
Permitted — You MAY:
- Modify, adapt, customize, and edit the product to fit your personal or educational project needs.
- Use the product in school, university, or training-related assignments and presentations.
- Use the product in personal hobby projects with no financial intent.
- Showcase your work in a personal portfolio for learning purposes only.
Scope Clarification: This license grants you the right to use for non-commercial purposes only. Any use — direct or indirect — that results in financial gain, client payment, or business advantage is strictly prohibited. If you wish to use this product commercially, you must upgrade to the Commercial License.
Commercial Use License
Granted Rights: You are granted full commercial rights to use this product in personal and paid client projects worldwide, including but not limited to: websites, mobile applications, social media content, print materials, digital products, videos, presentations, branding, advertising campaigns, and any other creative or commercial deliverables that generate direct or indirect income. The scope of use (single client or unlimited) depends on the plan you have purchased, as described above.
Client Work: You may incorporate this product into finished works delivered to your clients as part of an integrated project. The client receives the final, completed work — not the standalone original file in its raw, editable, or downloadable format.
Restrictions — You May NOT:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the original downloaded file to any third party.
- Offer the file for download on any website, marketplace, platform, repository, cloud storage, or any other public or private distribution channel. Include the original file as a standalone asset in any bundle, package, template, stock library, or product offered to others.
- Share, publish, or distribute the file in its original raw format regardless of whether it is offered for free or for payment.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the original product or register it as a trademark, copyright, or patent under your name or any third party's name.
Permitted — You MAY:
- Modify, adapt, customize, and edit the product to fit your project needs.
- Use the product across unlimited projects with no expiration date.
- Deliver the product as embedded, integrated, or rendered within a final completed work to your paying clients.
- Use the product in both digital and physical mediums.
Scope Clarification: This license grants you the right to use, not the right to distribute. The distinction is that you may profit from works that contain this product, but you may not profit from — or freely share — the product itself in its original standalone form. The number of projects and clients permitted depends on your purchased plan — Single Product allows one single client; Creator — Lifetime License and Blocs Pro / Elements Pro Plan allow unlimited projects and clients.
General Terms:
- Retired products are no longer available for purchase or download by new customers.
- Existing customers who purchased the product prior to retirement remain eligible for replacement.
- Replacement selection is determined by us based on similarity in type, quality, and intended use.
- This policy does not apply to products removed due to policy violations or legal disputes.
