What Is a Subscription Purchase?
A subscription purchase grants you recurring access to a seller's product or service. At Templays, this includes our Blocs Pro and Elements Pro plans, which are billed on a yearly basis. When you subscribe, you unlock unlimited access to every premium template instantly, along with a full Commercial License for legal use in client projects. Your membership also includes constant upgrades, meaning you automatically receive new features and templates as soon as they're released.
If you have questions about your subscription specifics, contact the seller directly through the contact form on their Sellfy store, social media, or website.
When you cancel, your access remains active until the end of your paid billing cycle. After that, you lose access to new downloads — but any templates you've already downloaded remain yours to use under the Commercial License.

How to Cancel a Subscription Purchase
To cancel your subscription to a seller's product via Templays:
- Go to the product download page.
- Click on Purchase details.
- On the purchase details page, click Cancel my subscription.
Important! Once you cancel, the download link will be deactivated and it won't be possible to download the item again or reverse the cancellation.

How to Cancel Through PayPal
If you've paid for the subscription purchase using PayPal, you can manage cancellations directly from your account.
You'll be able to cancel the subscription purchase in the Payments section of your PayPal account.
- Log into your PayPal account.
- Navigate to Settings > Payments > Manage automatic payments.
- Locate the Templays subscription.
- Select Cancel and confirm the action.
