Please note:

  • No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once a purchase or subscription is completed.
  • It is your responsibility to review product details, previews, and license terms before purchasing.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, including partial billing periods.
Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with a downloaded product, contact us with details and images so we can investigate. We will assist in resolving the issue or provide a replacement product where applicable. We will respond to all complaints within 5 working days.

Exceptions Refunds may only be issued in the following circumstances:
  • If we are unable to accept your order, we will refund any money you have already paid.
  • If we cancel your order before delivery, we will refund any money you have already paid.
  • If a product is proven defective and cannot be replaced, we may at our option refund the purchase price.
Chargebacks

You agree to contact us prior to raising a chargeback or any dispute with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to provide compelling evidence to refute invalid chargeback requests and pursue legal action where warranted.
