Retired Product Policy
A retired product is a product that has been permanently removed from our store. If a product you purchased is retired after your purchase, we will provide you with a similar replacement product or equivalent alternative at no additional cost.
Replacement Product Terms:
- The replacement product is granted under the same license type as your original purchase (Commercial Use License or Personal Use License).
- If your original purchase was under a Personal Use License, the replacement product may be used for personal, passion, or educational projects only and may NOT be used in any paid client work or income-generating projects.
- You may modify, adapt, customize, and edit the replacement product to fit your project needs.
- You may NOT redistribute, resell, lease, rent, lend, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the replacement product to any third party.
- You may NOT claim ownership or authorship of the replacement product. "As Is" Condition: Retired or replacement products are provided "as is" and will not receive future updates.
- Exclusions: This policy does not apply to products removed due to policy violations or legal disputes.
- Access: Subscription holders (Starter Plan, Blocs Pro / Elements Pro Plan) lose access to replacement selections if their plan lapses. Creator — Lifetime License holders retain access indefinitely.
